    No internet and not recognised as administrator.


    On returning to my desktop PC this evening I found it was not connected to the internet. When I tried to run the troubleshooter I got the message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. " This lead me to try a number of things and basically it would seem I no longer have admin privileges even though I am the only user and in the accounts I am listed as administrator. I cannot access system restore, add or remove programs, or do anything to try and find out what is going on. I have restarted the computer several
