Windows 10: no internet connection after a forced shutdown

Hi, my pc got stuck so I pressed the power button on my pc for 5 seconds and it turned of making a beep sound. This has happened before , I managed to fix it but now I have no clue on what I did. It shows that I have internet but it doesn’t work.

How to Schedule Auto shutdown when internet get disconnected?

thanks alot for effort, it would defenetly work but i got problem in one step,
when i set action to run a program, i select "shutdown" and nothing happens. how to shutdown ?

Try the following steps:

  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

  Select "Internet Explorer connection"

Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.
