Windows 10: No internet on one installation of Windows on my desktop after moving

I recently just completed a move where I got a new modem, and new router. After a few days of it running, it completely lost internet but retained connection to the network, no matter on ethernet or Wi-Fi, and it refused to connect to a newly created guest network, as some people said that was the issue that plagued them. I only had no internet on my PC, and more specifically, after some testing, my specific installation of windows, meaning either a driver which I updated, along with my BIOS, although it could still be the issue or some sort of firewall or security is blocking it. could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• How are you trying to add the favorites to desktop?

I suggest you to try the below steps to save the favorites on desktop and check if it helps.

• Open the Internet Explorer and minimize the screen.
• Then go to the favorites tab and then drag any favorites that you have saved to the desktop.
• Once you get the favorites items \ folders then you can open the favorites and check if it is opening.
