    No Internet on startup


    The Problem:When I start up my pc there’s no internet but when I unplug the ethernet cable for 10-20 seconds and plug it back in it works. I’ve had this problem on my old motherboard.Things I’ve tried:-Updating Drivers. I've downloaded the latest drivers from motherboard website and 3rd party driver updater-Removing Drivers.-Change Ethernet Cables.-Change Ports on Router.My Hardware:Router - Archer_VR1600vMotherboard - Asus PRIME B450M-AOld Motherboard - Asus PRIME B350M-A

    Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

    I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

    New strange item in startup: KernelFaultCheck???

    search for it on teh internet .something like "kernelfaultcheck startup".there are web sites taht just list startup items

    No Internet on startup

    Slow explorer, slow program launchs, slow internet

    If you were to perform a clean boot as I suggested you would stop a lot of startups and be on your way to checking impact of startups.

    Safe Mode is the next step.

    Otherwise you can try random things on your own and post back what you find.

    You throw in internet access as another factor. It's all too random and not methodical, and that needs to be eliminated as part of one trial.
