Windows 10: No internet on Windows 11

So i have a windows 11 on my pc and about 2 months ago my desktop said that i was connected to the Wi-Fi but there was no internet. I tried using another Wi-Fi adapter it didn't work i used the Wi-Fi adapter on another desktop an it did work so the problem was not the adapter i tried ethernet but it didn't work too when i trouble shoot it says firewall or security is blocking the connection and i don't want to reset the pc as it is pain to redownload it, i tried resetting network no results I tried redownloading the drivers using the disc that came with the network adapter didn't work and I ne

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.

  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.

  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.
