Windows 10: No Internet, Secured can't change my ip?

Recently moved into my dorm and when I first moved in the wifi was fine on my pc. However recvently it's just been saying no internet, secured. On my laptop and phone it works fine but my pc it doesn't. I have to use a wifi adapter since there is no ethernet.

I tried doing the /ipconfig release on cmd prompt but it always says no operation can be performed

Internet provider security for windows 10

I'm not familiar with 'wow internet provider' and don't know what kind of 'internet security' you're paying for...

But, IMO, that shouldn't be necessary.
