Windows 10: No keyboard and mouse control option for Roblox on computer

I downloaded Roblox from Microsoft, I’ve tried downloading on the Web but it breaks. When I try to change my controls to keyboard and mouse, it only shows mobile controls. I have an Acer computer btw, I need urgent help with this since there’s no tutorials I could find, please help me.

Roblox not showing keyboard and mouse control option

I have an acer pc and i can't change the movement mode in roblox to keyboard and mouse. I don't even have it as an option. I tried changing the camera mode but nothing helps. Also i saw a similar question on here and read that solution but i don't have the windows pen and ink option in services.

Dear Chandler,I understand that options are not displayed in Roblox;

In that case I recommend you try to Reset Roblox;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Click Apps & Features;

Locate Roblox in the list and click on the three dots on the right to access Advanced Options;

Scroll down the page and click on Reset;

Now open Roblox;

Start some game;

Click on the Roblox icon (Top left corner of the screen);

Click on Settings;

In Camera Mode, set to Classic;

In Motion Mode, change to Keyboard + Mouse;

Check if it is now possible to use keyboard and mouse in Roblox;
