Windows 10: No left click - Dell Inspiron 5491

HiI have a Dell Inspiron 5491 which has suddenly stopped triggering the left clip functionality for the touchpad.I'm at a total loss as to why, I've restarted, checked trackpad options in the settings and they all look ok, I've even downloaded and reinstalled the drivers for the trackpad with no success.The button itself feels absolutely fine as there is no obstructions or delays etc.For information I haveell Inspiron 5491Device name DESKTOP-SCHCCTM Processor IntelR CoreTM i5-8400H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.79 GB usable Device ID 09C48A1B-F91A-4887-8298-8E54FE20A

I have just downloaded Windows 10 to a Dell Inspiron 546 with a Dell 810 All in One printer. The previous OS was Windows 7. I had downloaded Windows 10 because the Windows invitation assured me all was well for the download.

Having made the download I discover I can not print. The printer is listed in settings. It used to be the default device.

Can you advise the steps I should take?

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

I suggest your to run the in-built Printer troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on
  View All.
  
• 
  Click on Printer to run the troubleshooter.
  

If it doesn't help, I suggest you to visit Dell 810 all in one printer website and download the printer drivers
on your computer and try to install them in compatibility mode.

Note: The above mentioned steps are also applicable to Windows 10.
