Windows 10: No longer able to access learn.microsoft.com; it keeps prompting me to re-register my...

I successfully logged on today, June 28, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. EST. I completed one module and started a new one, but encountered issues with re-registering my Microsoft Account. I need assistance to investigate the cause and find next steps to restore access. Please refer to the attachment for details.

Not able to access Start button or Edge, it says Class not registered

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• When exactly does the issue arise?
• Did you install any third party security application?
• Are you able to access Internet Explorer?

I suggest you to use the System File Checker tool
to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files.

System File Checker (SFC) is a utility in Microsoft Windows that allows users to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files. Perform System File Check (SFC), and then check if this fixes the issue.

  Press the Windows button + X on your keyboard, a mini dialogue box will appear.

  Choose Command Prompt (Admin). You must run the command prompt in Administrator level.

  On the command prompt type sfc /scannow and hit enter.
  
• 
  If everything went okay and no errors were found, restart your computer and see if the issue re-occurs.

command prompt will not open in safe mode with command prompt

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?
