No longer able to browse to localhost using https

IDK is tis is the right sub-forum, but... so for years I have developed sites hosted locally under IIS7, and been able to browse to them using https://localhost/[whatever]... today my browser suddenly tells me it's insecure and that the certificate has expired.Opening mmc.exe and looking under certificates, both under "Personal" and "Trusted root certificates" I see an expired one called "Localhost" and another one with the same name not expired! I deleted the expired ones, and restarted IIS, but the problem persists. Is there anything I can do that doesn't require a PhD in computer science to

    :)

  2. Access localhost from another computer

Localhost, as the name suggests, points at the localhost. Use the hostname or IP from your computer on their PC's. ie something in the 192.168.x.x or 10.0.0.x range most likely.

Unable to connect to Cyberpower http://localhost:3052/agent/

Hi. Did you manage to resolve this problem? I too have the same issue of not being able to connect to UPS via http://localhost:3052/agent/battery_backup_status or PowerPanel Business Edition Agent (which essentially opens a link in browser to http://localhost:3052/agent/. I can however connect to the UPS with the PowerPanel Personal client. I have tried all the suggestions in this thread (disabling firewall, etc) and still no go. It was working fine up to now, and I do not recall making any changes regarding this.
