    No longer being able to Log into Mahjong Daily Challenges


    Hi there – I restored my Win10 installation after the November update several times because the system was no longer running smoothly, and finally did a clean install of the update a few days ago.
    Now I can no longer log-in to MS Mahjong Daily Challenged (No problem with the MS Solitaire Collection Daily Challenges). I get the error message -Something happened on our end. Waiting might help - 0xC03F300D.
    I have been waiting for days, and tried most of the suggestion available on the internet without any success.
    What next?

    Cannot find microsoft games after reset

    How do I get the Daily Challenge back? My computer tech reinstalled Windows 10 and now I can't find the Mahjong challenge games at all.

    Also I used to play some of the other games daily and can not find any of them.

    Not able to log in

    When I went on yesterday to work the daily challenges in Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong, it would only log me in as a guest, not under my log in.

    I have lost all previous games! Help!
