Windows 10: No longer have access to email address and forgot password

Hello,I do not have access to my original email address anymore and I got logged off my groupme. I tried to create a new account but it wouldn’t let me because my old account is registered with my phone number as well.I am in so many groups for work and school. Please help!

Forgot User password - reset email address no longer in use

Have forgotten User/Administrator password, and email address associated with account no longer in use. Have created a new User account with a ridiculous name and cannot change without Administrator permission! Also, want to change new User account to Administrator
... again, cannot do that without Administrator access. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP please!

 

Email clients not remembering passwords

Hi all

A friends computer will not remember his gmail password. He used to use outlook, and seeing that I use thunderbird and it would be easier to troubleshoot I installed that for him. Now that was working for a few weeks, and now the same problem is occuring.

We are 100% sure the password is correct, as we can access the email account through webmail, but the local clients will not remember the correct password. Of course the 'Remember password' button is checked, but still no good.

It returns with incorrect password.

Any suggestions?

 

Windows and Microsoft account are linked to an email address which I no longer have access to due to change of password and recovery email is no longer active.

Is there a way to still retrieve my email password or to unlink the windows account from the microsoft account?
