No longer have Login pin for my HP Laptop. After Microsoft update for Bios for notebook I am unable to access my Hp Laptop. It says my pin is no longer available due to a change in security settings. It says to click to set up your in again. It asks me to verify my phone so they can text a verification. The phone number listed is a land line which will not accept texts. I enter do not have any of these. Then tells me I need to go to another computer and go to web - account.live.com/acrs?vaid=d48be890000cd4893eda01. It brings up a form to recover account. The account is an Outlook acc

How to login to my account after BIOS update?

PIN no longer available after BIOS update.

My HP Victus laptop did a bios update and after that I can't login to my account. It keeps displaying "your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device." When I try to reset the PIN it says it requires a USB flash. Although it still doesn't work.

 

Can't update the HP Pavilion Notebook.

I'm trying to update my system and am getting a message to delete HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS manually as it is incompatible with the upgrade.

I can't find it to delete it. It's not in the Programs list with the other HP apps.

Any suggestions?

HP Pavilion Notebook--Bios upgrade

My husband has an HP laptop which was attempting to upgrade Windows 10. He received the message that before installation can be completed, to remove HP Pavilion Notebook--Bios. I have seen a number of suggestions by Googling as well as several older messages
on this community. Can you give an informed, up-to-date suggestion of how to deal with this? Thank you.
