Windows 10: No mail in Mail

I am using Windows 10 on a Desktop PC; I kept MS Live Mail for email but yesterday, 4-10-21, I could not receive or send anything. I kept getting a request to sign in but when I did I received a message that my password had changed. I sent an email to a relative from my cell phone requesting a reply and the recipient did so but received a message that the email was undeliverable. I did not receive this reply on my PC but did receive it on my cellphone. Today, 4-11-21, I could not send/receive anything on my cellphone either. Since Live Mail is no longer supported I uninstalled it from my PC and used MS Mail but could not send/receive anything. I now have no email at all. The only thing that appears on MS Mail is the message: "Nothing has arrived yet". Any advice on how I can restore email?

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
