Windows 10: no mapping between account names and security ids, Im facing this error in windows 10 while...

please help me!!I have lessons and I need to be able to install it, I would be very grateful if you can get rid of this error and help quickly

Explorer.exe No mapping between account names and security ids

Recently I was trying to convert my Windows 10 user account to be a local account from a Microsoft Account. Doing so it failed with error 0x80070002. Now when I try to open control panel, settings, etc, I can't open them and only responds with a message of "No mapping between account names and security ids."

I'm guessing while it was changing stuff when converting to a local account it never reverted its actions when it failed. I haven't gone through my way to log out of this account as I'm not even sure if I will be able to log back in.
