Every time I resize the image whether it's pixels or percentage and then I select background or lock screen it always goes to the same size no matter what I do you guys made this so difficult to use that it is literally pissing me off where I want to break my **** I follow your instructions I look up everything and I go step by step and it doesn't work fix it now fix it fix it **** fix it

Ideally, the Windows of the any program or the file Explorer will open in the same size as it was closed last time. However, I suggest you to follow the below steps, and check if that helps.

1. Resize to the size of the application you want.
   
2. Press the shift key and keep it pressed, then click on X or close window with mouse while the key is still pressed.
   
3. Restart the System and check if that works.

Resizing the images captured from Snipping tool while sending through Email on Windows 10

Every time using this tool, images have to be resized. Too time consuming. How do you set default picture resolution to actual size and not 500x actual size?

You said, “Once you copy the image on Email, you can resize it by using the arrows on the image.”

• This is not true. It reverts to a massive size.
• I’ve used this before Windows 10 without any problem.
• My PC is not the issue. The issue is with Windows 10.

I would also suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and try to resize the picture:

• Right click the image you want to resize
• Select Edit (Image will open in Paint)
• Select Resize option on the top and manually select the size as per your requirement.
