Also I may add that my wireless bluetooth headset has no such issue, though some audio (like youtube's audio from my internet browser) goes straight to speakers when I am on a call. How can I fix this issue because it is very irritating for both me and my friends that can't her me well.

Win 10 - 2004 update - internal speakers but no headphones

Wired headphones. Usually when plugged in the audio to the internal speaker is cut-off and switched to headphone. When headphones are plugged in now this does not happen

2 x Speakers (High Definition Audio Device)

No headphones listed

BTW this is true for 4 other Lenovo machines I have - no headphones listed

Realtek audio mic outputting to speakers/headphones


well i had this problem fixed but for some reason it's back and it won't go away no matter what i do i can't figure out how to fix it
I can hear my microphone through my headphones and speakers i have listen to device unchecked
but the weird part is when i try to record my voice my mic doesn't work at all i can't hear anything i've tried muting "microphone" in speaker propetiies and that stops it but i still can't use my mic at all
it's making me really angry*Mad
i should probably mention that it's an internal mic
