No matter what I try, I can't disable Antimalware Service Executable.

I tried DisableAntiSpyware in the registry, but it just gets removed on reboot. I tried enabling "Turn off real-time protection" in the Group Policy Editor, but it didn't do anything. What else can I try to actually disable it? DisableAntiSpyware in the registry has always worked in the past, but now it's just getting removed on a reboot and I'm not sure how to fix it.
