Windows 10: No me funcionan las funciones con SHIFT+0, SHIFT+' or SHIFT+ -. The kewboard commands that...

Buenas, estoy teniendo un problema con mi teclado. Algo pasó y cuando intento sacar el signo de cerrar la pregunta, el signo de igual, o el guión bajo no aparece nada cuando apreto el shift derecho. O sea, la tecla funciona si no presiono shift antes, y el shift funciona porque puedo poner las mayúsculas con esa misma tecla, así como otras funciones de números con shift. Por ejemplo, si me funciona para sacar el paréntesis izquierdo. ¿Alguien tiene idea de qué puede estar pasando?¡Gracias! Woot glad I ran across this. This has been nagging at me for about a year now. I am a bit confused as I mainly run in Windows Balance...you suggested turning on Speed Shift instead....what exactly are you meaning...I enabled speed shift but is there another step I need to do?
