Windows 10: No microsoft store as well as I am not the admin anymore

I had an issue with my computer and I ended up resetting it. The first thing I noticed was my Microsoft Store was missing. I have tried to look up solutions but none of them seem to work. When I try to open Powershell as an Admin, it says, "There's a problem with this app. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator." However. this is my personal computer. It says this message on about anything I try to do, example: trying to run a new task. I am not sure if this is fixable and if it is, please let me know.

The error message Windows cannot find ‘ms-windows-store: PurgeCaches’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again means that your Microsoft Store is not registered. For us to assist you, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below
to re-register your Microsoft Store:

• Press the Windows button + X.
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command prompt, enter the following command:
  
  PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
• Restart your PC and see if the issue persists.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
