Windows 10: No mobile hotspot/WiFi option windows 10

Recently, I bought a new PC, hooked it up to ethernet and tried to set up a mobile hotspot, but there is no mobile hotspot, nor a WiFi option, only airplane mode, yet it is greyed out. I have searched Microsoft forums for 2 days trying every solution i found, still no fix, I tried everything and I still cant get the mobile hotspot option to show up or the WiFi. So I am asking if there are any new solutions to this question. My PC model is a Dell Optiplex 7040 MT Win10Pro. Would appreciate if I could get either WiFi option fixed or Mobile hotspot option.

Windows 10 not showing Mobile hotspot option

My laptop has windows 10.

I use wifi in my laptop through LAN and start mobile hotspot in the laptop for wifi access in other devices.

But, 2 days back my laptop crashed because hardware got damaged. The laptop is repaired and functional now with Windows 10, but even on connecting LAN I could not find Mobile hotspot option.

Please suggest a suitable solution for the above.
