No monitor on cold boot-Some apps won't respond to scaling until you..

So have been having this weird problem randomly. Some times when I cold boot, my display does not wake from sleep. When I power cycle the monitor it kicks on but desktop and apps have a weird scaling look.
If I go into the display settings via a desktop right-click I see a notification that "Some Apps won't respond to scaling changes until you sign out"
I then have to sign out and the sign back in to get things to look correct.
I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find a solution.

    Any thoughts/ideas?

    Thanks,
    Toby

Windows scaling 4K fine, but after restart blurry??

Hi, i have an Asus PB287Q, an 28" 4K Monitor. So far i am using the Windows 10 scaling on 150% and it looks gorgous. Only a few scaling issues, but Office 2016 and Chrome which i use most, scale perfectly fine. But the strange thing
is, after i shut down the computer and start it up again, Word and Chrome are blurry. I check the Windows display settings and its still on 150%, but says "some apps won't respond to scaling until you sign out". Well thats odd, thats usually what it says if
you change the scaling slider from i.e. 100% to 150%. But the thing is, i didn't change anything. The scaling setting is 150% before i shut down the computer and is still 150% when it boots up again. But now i have to sign out every time i boot up the computer
to restore the blurry programs to their glory. If i restart the computer, no problem whatsoever. So this only happens after a shutdown. Anybody had a similar problem and found a fix? Thanks for any help No monitor on cold boot-Some apps won't respond to scaling until you.. :D

Tl:dr I have a scaling setting of 150%. After i shutdown my computer and boot it back up, the setting is unchanged, but the programs appear blurry until i sign out and in again. Doesn't happen on reboots only on complete shutdowns.

    EDIT:

I did some more testing and i think I left out some vital information. I have a second screen 24" 1080p hooked up as well. Since Windows 10 allows for different scaling values on each monitor, i have set this one to 100% and the 4k one to 150%. And i think
this is some what responsible for the problem.

Setting both monitors to same scaling value, in my case 150%, and the problem is gone. Shutdown, Boot up, and everything looks perfect.

Well, they only problem now is, that i have a 24" 1080p monitor set to 150% scaling, which makes it a bit less useful.

So has anybody a better idea which would get rid of the blurry programs and would allow for different scaling values on each monitor? Any advice will be appreciated No monitor on cold boot-Some apps won't respond to scaling until you.. :D

  3. Lumia 930 touch screen doesn't respond when hot

Just got my phone back after a new motherboard was installed to fix loudspeaker non-functionality. Now the screen is freezing (think the screen may be a little loose?) and won't respond to touch after I use it for a few minutes and it heats up some. Then
I have to wait an hour or so for it to get cold so hard-boot works and I can use it again for a little while. Once it's frozen, the hard-boot won't correct the non-touch issue until it's cold.

Any suggestions or should I just head back to Telstra so they can try again?

I have not tried another cable yet. I am using the factory Samsung cable as of now.
    I will try that.
