Now that Microsoft no longer supports .NET 5, what should a simple, private user do to remove or replace it? Any of the topics I have found on this are very complex and call for more systems knowledge than I have or want to have.EOL-MicrosoftEnd of Life Microsoft .NET 5.0 is vulnerable and no security updates are provided by the vendor

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
