Windows 10: No Movie Maker, how do I import, edit and burn videos

OK. Movie Maker is not there BUT I can't find anything that could take it's place. The goal is to be able to import videos, edit and burn them. There is nothing in 10 that I can find.
I am guessing this is why my videos from external HD backup came in WITHOUT the video and only audio??

Windows 10, Windows Live Movie Maker, Windows DVD burner, Bluray dvd player

Hi, I have Windows 10, I have imported my video onto Windows Live movie maker, then burned to DVD through Windows DVD burner for which I paid for. Put the DVD disc into the Bluray DVD player. The DVD player says the folder is empty. Support at Windows DVD
burner say, "You can save move from movie maker to locally. You can save movie to MP4 or wmv format. Then DVD maker can import the videos."

I cannot see in Windows Live Movie Maker where I can save as to MP4. It already is in wmv format and won't play.

How do you save from Windows Live Movie into a MP4 format? And why will .wmv not play either? Thank you for your help?

 

You can have Windows Movie Maker 12 if you install Windows Essentials.

and just to add ,you don't have to install all the essentials, you can uncheck one you dont want

 

But WMM and (I think) Photo Gallery are "bundled.
