Windows 10: No network connection After July 9th Update.

After letting my computer do the July 9th update when I logged in the next day it said no network connection. I use a network extended that goes through the house's electric system to get the network into the room I need and have never had an issue. So I took the computer down to the router and manually plugged in the computer to the router and still no issue. Tried multiple cables. Other devices were working fine. I have since then done a Network reset. After the computer reset from this the issue was resolved and I was receiving connection. Microsoft sent another update on the 10th

After update on July 9th 2019, Windows will not start

After the update on July 9th 2019, Windows will not start. Tried Startup Repair and restore and nothing works. Got an error code (0x80070020) Is there any suggestions please?

 

July 13 update killed ability to connect to the internet
