Windows 10: NO NETWORK CONNECTION UNIDENTIFIED NETWORK NEED HELP ASAP

I booted up my computer yesterday to find that i couldn't connect to the network, when i investigated further i found that my network was now showing it as a unidentified network no network access. I've spent the last 14 hours trying to solve this problem as i need to get on the internet to complete my assignments from home due to covid - 19!! The connection that stopped working is a built in ethernet connection on the motherboard, i tried plugging in a wireless adapter and haven't been able to find that either and then worked suddenly for a couple minutes then stopped all together and became invisible!!! >: i know its a software issue with windows as i have checked the hardware router, modem, ethernet cord and wireless adapter card this is incredibly fustrating as i have less than a week to polish off my assignments and submit them and don't want to use my other computer for the this as it doesn't have the computing power required to do them they are not text doccuments. The things i have tried;

-Reset modem/router

-Replace Modem/router

-checked ethernet cable in another computer which works

-network troubleshoot

-reset network

-ipconfig /flushdns /release /renewwont renew ip it times out as DHCP server fails

-netsh winsock reset etc

-not an ISP issue

-ping test to router/modem fails all attempts

-ping internal network stack and that works

-tried restarting and stopping the DHCP service on the computer but get permission error 5 i do have permissions and have manual added the permission in the registry i have been able to stop it by making it not start up on boot up and then setting it back to automatic to restart it

-uninstalled the drivers for the ethernet adapter and wireless adapater and installed manually and through restarts auto-install

-i have done fresh re-install keeping personal files etc and now a complete re-install of windows 10 pro and still no dice

-i have tried the KB4554364-x64 update as some people have said this can sometimes solve the issue which for me it hasn't

The IP address that it currently gets even after all these processes is a 169.254.58.63


Really need help on this as i really need to get back to my projects for course, there is no silly idea on ways to fix this unless you try telling me its the modem or the ethernet cord because they have been tested by multiple devices, i'm almost 100% sure its something to do with some sort of software fault, my guess would be its related to the DHCP server on the computer if i was to have a guess i'd say its not performing a DHCPDISCOVER correctly or some sort of proccess just before that

After much skepticism towards Windows 10, I finally decided to give in and upgrade from Windows 7 before the deadline, but much to my dismay, I encountered this problem as soon as the new OS finished installing, and I was unable to activate the product before the deadline as a result. Over the span of these 2 days, I've spent no small amount of time sifting through similar issues from others, searching for a solution, and attempting many of the suggested answers. Troubleshooting lead to nothing in all cases, I've uninstalled my anti-virus software, I've t using ipconfig /release and /renew , resetting winsock, as well as flushing DNS in the command prompt, whatever other suggestions barring the seemingly more extreme ones; nothing thus far has helped in any way whatsoever. I would like not to have to revert back to Windows 7, but 10 has given me little hope in a better solution at this point. Anything else that could potentially solve my problems would be much appreciated. If there is any additional information I could provide that would be of assistance to that end, I'd be more than willing to provide it if able.
