Windows 10: No network/internet options in windows 10

So i have recently bought a new pc, and after a while of troubleshooting things with the build, i finally got it working. I installed windows 10 without a product key, and during the setup, where you make a password and choose internet connection when it asked for internet options, there was nothing except ethernet. I followed this other microsoft help tutorial, https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-11-doesnt-see-any-wifi-networks-during-the/dcac2082-4f20-4c76-a6eb-a8809c269153 Now when i go on to my pc, there are no network/internet options. Windows 10 no internet connection in safe mode with networking.
