Windows 10: No new mail notifications

Hi, i am not getting any new mail notifications either the badge on the icon or in the notification centre or even a banner but however i do get all those notifications when i open the mail app bit late though lol, i am using windows 11, and all the appropriate settins are on, you help will be appreciated

No New Mail notifications on Windows 10

I'm also having this issue, but the 8.1 solution isn't appropriate for Windows 10. I've enabled notifications in both the Mail app and Settings, but Mail doesn't appear in the list of Show notifications from these apps.

Any other suggestions?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works;

• Open Mail app.
  
• Click on the gear for settings and select ‘Manage Accounts’.
  
• Select the email account and click on ‘Change Mailbox sync Settings’.
  
• For notifications to appear in the action center, select ‘As items arrive’ under ‘Download New Email’ section.
