  1. No NIC or Keyboard in WIndows 11 Install

Long story so I'll try to keep it short...Lenovo Yoga 6, originally running Win 10, but upgraded through free MS upgrade to Win 11 Home.Recent Windows update randomly triggered Bitlocker at boot up, however as this hadn't been configured on initial setup, there was no password / key ever set up. 3. I am attempting to do a clean install of Windows 11. (Aurora r13) installation media on a USB thumb drive.

I was able to successfully create the installation media on a USB thumb drive. However, when I performed the steps for the actual installation I got up to the Use a device screen but my thumb drive does not appear on the list. The two options that do appear are: Onboard NIC (IPV4) and Onboard NIC (IPV6). Suggestions? Thanks.

Custom Keyboard Layouts in Windows 11

    A wonderful day everyone,

Previously I have used the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator to create custom keyboard layouts, however not only is Windows 11 not listed as a supported operating system, but I cannot use the installed keyboards as they get shrugged off as "Unavailable input method" and are also unselectable as they break the taskbar language button in strange ways.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how one can create a functioning keyboard layout for Windows 11? It'd be much appreciated.

    Best regards.
