Windows 10: No notification pop up to alert user when battery is 100% powered

No notification pop up to alert user when battery is 100% powered.I asked Dell agent about this but said it's not available.I think this is a design flaw. I get a pop up notification when my battery reaches 20% that I set it at.I want to be visually notified with a pop up to alert me when battery reaches 100% so I can unplug the power cord.It's a bother to keep checking to see if it is fully charged.Does Windows 11 have this feature? It would be very helpful. Thanks

I understand your concern in this regard.



Usually, when battery reaches to low percentage as per the settings, then it will automatically pop up a warning notification message on to the screen. That pop-up windows contains a message reads as "Your battery is running low (10%)". You can see
this kind of pop up messages in two instances, before PC automatically shutdowns due to low battery or run out of battery.



Moreover it will also sound alert when the pop up jumps on to the screen. This sound alert will depends on the theme that has been selected for desktop background. In simple desktop background theme will impact the alert sounds. Suggest you cross check
with the Notification settings and Power settings (I.e. Low battery level, Reserve battery level, and Critical battery level) to ensure that they are set accordingly.

I also have a problem with my Acer Aspire E-1-1-6680 laptop in terms of low battery notification after I upgraded it to Windows 10. There is no such thing like pop ups or any alert in my screen whenever my battery gets low. It just crashes down/shut off
automatically. I've read some of your steps given but unfortunately I haven't seen any term like Low battery level, Reserve or critical Battery Level or any option to choose from in the Notification Settings and Power Settings.

 

Deactivate low battery notification

Windows 10 may have detected your old battery, the reason why your computer kept of notifying you about the battery life. To help you disable this notification, we suggest that you follow the steps below to turn off the notifications from battery saver:

(Note: Make sure to unplug your laptop from the power source first before performing the steps below.)

• Open Settings app.
• Select System.
• Click on Notifications & actions tab.
• Scroll down and look for Battery Saver and turn off the slider.
