    No Office apps conecting to login, all now essentially unlicensed


    Hi!Recently ALL of my microsoft apps including, word,teams,excel,smartscreen, onedrive etc have been unable to connect to the internet. This means I can't log in to my microsoft account, which contains my product licences. The error messages I have been getting are- HTTP 404 teams-caa30194-Temporary server issues lasted at least a week - Word,excel etc.ThanksVDB

    Hi Mirriam

    Go to Office 365 Login | Microsoft Office and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in

    On that page under your info, check the status of your subscription to Office 365 or your Office licence listed there?

    If that checks out, click this link and run through the Office activation troubleshooter:

    If that does not resolve this for you, follow these steps to perform a full repair of your Office installation . . .

    Open Control Panel - Programs and Features

    Click Microsoft Office in the list of installed applications

    At the top, click 'Change'

    On the resulting dialog, click 'Repair' - choose the Online Repair, it is a comprehensive fix

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation, including activation . . .

    What is an "ACTIVATION KEY CARD" for Office 2013 ?

    ok MisterEd, My screenshot below shows what you directed me to.

    I then entered the Product key and it took me to the next screen.

    Am I going to have to do this each time I use new app in Office 2013 ? Such as Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher etc ?
