Windows 10: No one ever calls back from MS tech support

so it has been over a week of trying. . 5 times i have chatted/called MS. Start level 1 . Get to leval 2 .[this takes sevarl hours each time] Get a promise of a call back from leval 3 and also a promise that the leval 2 tech will also cal to confirm the 3 acutally did call.. 5 times i have been down this road , a lieing charade - NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK! THEY all say same thing. 'Sorry for your troubles. Lets start the process a 6th time since we do not have a way ourselves to phone level3"

what a terible company.. what a lieing bunch of people who work there. What a terrible system of customer support [they say they can only email level 3 not phone them themselves ] . If they do ever call me back... how can i even begin to trust them to take over my computer to fix it ????

As already mentioned: Yes that's a scam.

All these kind of pop-ups are fake warnings - scams. Never ever call these numbers.

Clear your temporary internet files and reboot. Do not restore the browser session.

After the reboot, the pop-up should be gone.
