Windows 10: No operating system

You stated you ACCIDENTALLY formatted your drive! My simple Q is:

IS THERE ANY DATA-LOSS AT STAKE HERE?

I dont think so there was any important data on C drive except windows.

 

I was having 3 partitions .
Thanks for the suggestion I will try it and also inform whether it works or not .

 

Thanks for elaborating on that! Do you make any back-ups of your user(s) data? If so, repartition the drive - to as many as you need - and clean install Windows 10.

When you get to the first screen in Windows setup, press shift+F10 to open a command prompt window. Run the following commands - NOTE this will erase anything left on your hard drive!:

diskpart
select disk 0
clean
convert gpt
exit
exit

Then proceed with the custom install.
