Windows 10: No option for Action Centre Notifications on a Secondary Screen?

I would like to change the Action Centre notifications so that they pop up on my secondary screen instead of cluttering the space on the primary screen. The most common suggestion I see in old forum threads is unlocking the taskbar and moving the Action Centre icon to the secondary screen, but this does not affect what screen shows the notifications.

Changing the second monitor into the main monitor is too much of a hassle since full screen programs and games will show up on the wrong screen, and I'd rather have a system option to solve this than having to change the individual settings for every single program I'm ever going to use, if that's even possible.

I've been looking into this query for quite some time, and I have found nothing helpful. If there really is no way to change this setting, then my question is simply: "Why?"


Surely, it must be possible to implement functions that override the primary monitor restrictions? What harm could it do?

Action Centre strange notification

Hiya

No, settings for Opera show that action centre notifications for the browser are set to off.

Also, I the only extensions for Opera I've bothered to install so far are
FVD Speed Dial new tab,
EverSync,
Blur,
Strict pop-up blocker,
StumbleUpon and
Video Downloader Pro
- nothing connected to FB or Instagram...

 

Action Centre.

I need to add email and messenger notifications to Action Centre. They are not on the list.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
