Windows 10: No option to Duplicate Display

I have been using Windows 10 and multiple displays for years. Recently I had to re-install Windows, and I'm using 2 displays. Since I reinstalled Windows, the Display Options panel, under Multiple displays gives me just three options:Extend these displaysShow only on 1Show only on 2The "Duplicate these displays" no longer appears in the listHow do I get back the "Duplicate displays" option?

No duplicate option for multiple displays.

I do not have the option of duplicating a display for multiple displays. I can extend and designate my desktop to either display but not both at the same time. Why is this and how can I duplicate?

Display driver not supporting and device manager not showing Display adapter option

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• Incorrect settings.
• Corrupt or outdated display driver.

Try the steps listed here and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to download and install all the available Windows Updates including Optional Updates. Check if it helps.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, i suggest you to uninstall and re-install latest display driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall display driver.

• Right-click on the Start Button and click on
  Device manager.
• Double-click on Display Adapters to expand.
• Right-click on the display adapter driver that is listed and select properties.
• In the window opened, click on drivers tab.
• In the drivers tab, Click on Uninstall option.

Now restart your computer and check, if the problem persists try step 2.

Step 2:

Re-install display driver from the manufacturer website.

Display Default- How do I change my display default to Duplicate these displays?

updating your device drivers by going to the manufacturer's website to download the its latest driver, and finally, let's follow this steps to duplicate the display:

• Press and hold Windows key +
  P.
• Choose the option whether to use the PC screen only,
  Duplicate, Extend, second screen
  only.
