Windows 10: No option to paste album art/can't find what version i have because alt+h to open the menu...

Title says it all. I really want to manually change the album art for an album i downloaded. I don't want to retrieve info from the internet, as the titles of the mp3s i downloaded are in English, while the titles from the internet are in Japanese. Moreover, when I did retrieve the info from the internet, it split up tracks 1-9 into one album with the cover art, japanese titles and 10-12 in another without album art, english titles


I want to figure out how to do this, so I wanted to see what version of WMP I'm running. According to the microsoft website, I'm supposed to press alt+H to open a drop-down menu that can lead me to getting the info I need. However, when I do press alt+H, I just get an error sound.


When I opened the album with Groove Music, it automatically changed the cover art for me without changing the titles yay!. However, I wanted to open the album again with WMP to make sure the album art stuck to the MP3. Now when I try to open it, after like 20 seconds of loading I get an error that says "server execution failed".





I'm extremely frustrated. All I want is the album art but for some reason the version of WMP I'm running doesn't have the option to simply paste the album art manually, and it seems like there's no way to do that.


Please help. I want to add this album to my spotify but it bugs the **** out of me that there's no cover art.

Groove Music - How to add art to album or artist

How To Change Album Art

• Open up Groove Music.
• Click on an album
• Somewhere on the top, you will find 3 dots placed horizontally. Click on it.
• Click "Edit Info".
• Then click the box with the pencil on the corner.
• Done.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you can't find an album and it says "Unknown Album" Follow these steps

• Right click on a song.
• Click "Edit Info".
• Fill in the boxes (They will say Unknown Artist or Unknown Album)
• Then you will see the songs in an album (If you press Album on the side of Groove Music.
• Done.

i usually just drag and drop my music from my pc to my n73me. to add album art: go to music menu; album; choose album; select options; album art. your gallery will open allowing you to select your choice.

 

Album art pictures

Windows 10 Home edition version 1903.I have a lot of "Album art"pictures I don`t want and would like to delete them
as they have got mixed up in some music albums is it safe to do so?
