Windows 10: No Output devices found in Sound output, Windows 11x64 Realtek Audio Driver

Device: Nitro AN517-54 My device's audio suddenly stopped working, I tried uninstalling the realtek driver present in my device manager , and reboot but it didn't reinstall itself, When i installed the file manually from manufacturer's official website, it didn't show up in my device manager ,Help

Thanks to your suggestions , I have now following Device Manager (Sound ...available)







Unfortunately some drivers are not installed.
Snappy Driver showed following error , device error 28 :

System can not output sound and found strange driver (High-Definition Audio Device) co-exist with realtek audio driver

Hello, I want to play my recording sound by system, but found there is no sound output and there is extra device in sound output.

The bellowing are my found:

1. I found the system exist Realtek Audio and High-Definition Audio Device both.

2. I found the speaker output was change to High-Definition Audio Device.

3. When I select to Realtek Audio, the sound output is normal.

4. The High-Definition Audio Device never exist before, it was only Realtek Audio before, I don't know where it come from.

Do you know how to fix this problem?

audio output device

My surface pro seven suddenly does not have sound. It says there is no audio output driver. I talked to someone at microsoft and they had me uninstall and reinstall updates. I cannot reinstall an audio driver because the device manager list of devices does
not even show sound as an option anymore. The rep I talked to finally said he had no more suggestions.

I am not sure how to fix this or why it happened.
