Windows 10: No output devices found: Realtek driver issue

My pc suddenly has this issue that it doesn't recognize the speakers that I always use. I have tried many solutions on the internet but none of them work.The main issue is that the "Realtek high definition audio" driver does not appear in the device manager sound video and game controllers. Other solutions such as troubleshooting, installing many different drivers, booting in safe mode or adding a local network in computer management didn't work, so I am really frustrated.Pc specs: Windows 10, gigabyte b450 ds3h v2, ryzen 5 3600xHere are some pictures for more context:https://imgur.com/a/bUYiU

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

 

How to separate audio outputs in playback devices

Might I suggest removing the driver and only having one device connected. Then install realtek driver. Confirm setting in playback. Add the next output device. Confirm, etc...
