Windows 10: "No output or input audio devices found" Acer Nitro 16-41 - "Install error - 0x80070103".

Hello! I have an Acer Nitro 16-41 laptop with Windows 11 Home installed on it. I ran a Windows Update around 20:00 o'clock last night and after restart none of my audio devices where recognised by the computer. I tried running troubleshoot to which couldn't detect the issue. I then opened the device manager to and updated all the sound drivers which where available to me, which also didn't resolve the issue. I proceeded to uninstall the sound drivers and then reinstalled them which fixed the issue temporarily. However, I ran a windows update once more and then the issue came back, however thi

I've tried every step that was suggested, still getting no audio output device installed.

 

Realtek Audio Console on Acer Nitro 5

Hello all. I recently noticed that my Acer Nitro 5 was no longer detecting any headset devices and I am unable to get any input via the mic (and have also borrowed other headsets from the original one I had, all of which have the single 3.5mm jack which
works with the Acer Nitro 5's single audio input). I am also only getting this when I pull up the Realtek Audio Console:



What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

 

No audio input or output devices found

After the last update of Windows 10, no audio devices are listed

Searching in the device manager: all audio devices say it works fine

The sound setting says: no output or input devices were found.
