I have a Dell Latitude E6530 laptop that somehow went south after a pulled a USB stick out of the computer while the BIOS screen was showing. All the data in all the partitions including Windows 10 PRO are intact. I can view all the files in the directories. The problem is the system just won't boot. This system originally had Windows 7 PRO that I updated to Windows 10 PRO. The system is UEFI capable and I have enabled the legacy roms in the BIOS and I have the Boot Sequence set to Legacy. the hard disk layout is NOT UEFI. It is MBR. When I try to boot all devices that are on the boot options

    :)

  2. The avilable physical memory is much lower than my total physical memory ....

    • The Physical Available Memory I have is much lower than the Total Physical Memory

    • I have a 8 GB PC running but when I open the task manger for example android studio is taking about 1.855 GB and it's written above that this is 80% of the memory ..... I thinked that another program is consuming in the background so I switched the view
method in the memory so every program is written in front of it the memory usage percentage and I was shocked when I saw that android studio is consuming about 70% !!!! so the computer is just using 2.83 GB out 8 GB of my memory !!!!

    • I searched a little bit online till I found that i can see something called the physical available memory ... and the total physical memory

    • the total physical memory was 8 as expected and available physical memory was about 2.59 GB !!!

    • A lot of articles online said that a part of your memory is being consumed by hardware parts like the graphics card ..... but not as much as mine

    • I tried a lot of solutions but non of them worked in my case .... But I noticed Something a little bit weird .... every time I restart the device the physical available memory changes .... sometimes 6 sometimes 4 ... some times 1.5 !!!!!

    • I tried also to reinstall my windows an installed a fresh new windows 10 education ..

    • has any one face this problem before ?! or any solutions ??

No physical memory is available at the location required for the windows boot manager. The system can not continue.

    Hi JamesG1585 -

I'm Kevin B., I do apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

When did the issue started? Are there any recent changes made on the computer before the issue started?

Kindly follow the steps below and check if it helps

Run a system file checker to verify the integrity of windows system files on your computer making sure that there are no corrupted files on your windows.

Perform SFC Scan and Repair Windows Image

-This process will perform scan for any corrupted system files or integrity violation and will attempt to repair it along with the Windows Image.

    1. Open command prompt with administrator access

    2. Type each command below and wait until scan is completed.

    SFC /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Quick note: While the command is running, it's expected to see the process stuck at 20 or 40 percent. After a few minutes, the process will complete successfully.

Once you complete the steps, the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool will connect to the Windows Update servers to download and replace any damaged files in the local image for Windows 10 as necessary.

    3. Close the command prompt.

Once the scan completes, kindly try to perform clean boot on your windows computer to disable any non-Microsoft services running on the background which may be causing or contributing to the issue

    Perform Clean Boot

    - This process will eliminate 3rd party application running in the background of your computer along with services that are not needed to run windows. If there's any conflicting 3rd party application that causes the issue on your computer, this process will stop it.

    1. Open the run box by pressing the Windows Key + R and type msconfig

    2. System Configuration Utility box will open and by default you are on general tab.

    3. On the General tab, click the selective startup and make sure that load system service and load startup items both have checked mark.

    4. Click on services tab

    5. Put a check mark on Hide All Microsoft Services > This is a very important part as if you miss to click on this, computer might not boot properly or permanently and will end up on clean installation.

    6. Once Hide all Microsoft Services have checked mark on it, click on Disable All

    7. Click on the Startup Tab and click open task manager. This will open another window which contains all your startup applications on the administrator account.

    8. Disable all application that you're not using. You can simply just click on them and select disable.

    9. Click OK , Apply and close the configuration utility

Restart the computer normally and check if the same issue appears

Hope this will help and have a bless day!

    Thanks.
