Windows 10: No Printers Installed - on Windows 10 64bit

My PC is shut down/powerer down every night, but every morning, around 2am, it starts up again from powered down. This is a separate issue, and not the one I want to ask about now. I'll do that in another question.


When I get to my computer, in the morning, it's already booted and most things work fine. Having said that, when I want to print something, Windows tells me I have no printers installed, including Adobe Acrobat. A reboot of the machine fixes this problem, and all my printers miraculously come back to life, working fine.


In the latest episode, this afternoon, the machine was idle for about an hour, and when I tried to print, it had the same message, that I had no printers installed. Once again, a reboot fixed this. I had printed something earlier today, so I know it worked before I went out.


When this problem occurs, if I open Control Panel and look at Devices and Printers, everything is there. Running a troubleshoot produces no result.


While the reboot is a fairly quick temporary fix, it's annoying to have to do it, and I want to know why this has suddenly started happening in the last month or so, and never before.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit crashing on installation

So i have Windows 7 Professional 32bit installed and I wanted windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. It boots from the disk just fine, its just after you press the first button (i thing its callled install now or something) after a few seconds, it bluescreens and i have to restart. System specs are listed and i know my processoror is 64bit, any ideas?
