Windows 10: no puedo entrar a minecraft launcher

Hola no me deja instalar el launcher llevo mas de 1 hora tratando y no sirve tengo windows 10 y no deja.Me meto y dice preparando instalacion y unos minutos despues dice no hemos podido conectar con la tienda y me toca meterme otra vez a microsoft store. Y veo y dice pendiente y no termina de descargarse y no puedo comprar minecraft porque luego no voy a poder abrirlo.¡¿Que hago!?

Problem with the minecraft launcher.

There are many reasons why you can't log in to Minecraft Launcher, but all of them are due to Microsoft Store and related services. I will provide several methods to try to solve this problem, please refer to the following steps for operation:

• Clear the cache on Microsoft Store.
  

1. Press the Windows logo key + R, type wsreset.exe, and select OK.
   
2. After a few seconds a blank command prompt window will appear, which will disappear after about ten seconds and the Microsoft Store will open automatically.This means the cache was cleared successfully.
   

• Make sure you're using the Microsoft Store Install Service.
  

1. Services.msc can be found by pressing Windows Key + S and typing services.msc.
   
2. Locate and double-click the Microsoft Store Install Service; if the status is Running, right-click it and select Restart.
   
3. Change it to Automatic if it's disabled, then click Start and OK.
   

• Reinstall the Microsoft Store app
  

1. Press Windows key + X
   
   Click and Run Windows PowerShell(run as Administrator)Copy and paste the command below then hit Enter:
   
   

• Reinstall the Minecraft Launcher
  

1. Click Start >Settings >Apps，find "Minecraft Launcher" in all apps.
   
2. Click on the "Minecraft Launcher" Advanced options >Uninstall the application.
   
3. Open the Microsoft Store, search for "Minecraft Launcher", download and install it again, and log in to your account to see if it works.

no puedo entrar a java desde el tlauncher me dice la aplicacion no se puede ejecutar y si lo hago desde el minecraft launcher dice un error que dice que no tengo el soporte opengl

I cannot enter java from the tlauncher it tells me the application cannot be executed and if I do it from the minecraft launcher it says an error that says I do not have opengl support
