Windows 10: no raytracing option in games

Discus and support no raytracing option in games in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I'm currently playing 2 games:Metro Exodus and Shadow of the Tomb Raider with my 2080 S but I don't have ingame RTX options.     I'm currently playing 2 games:Metro Exodus and Shadow of the Tomb Raider with my 2080 S but I don't have ingame RTX options.
    I did some googling and someone wrote I need earlier version of W10.
