Windows 10: No reaction on the home screen?

I can't get past the home screen. When I start my computer, I can go to Bios and everything works there, but when I reach the start screen (where you can see the time in the lower left corner) nothing happens. No mouse pointer no nothing. No reaction to a keystroke.

Did our Epson printer get hacked?

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.

 

Cannot set home button icon Microsoft Edge

but your suggestion did not work.When i turn off home button in Edge and re-open Edge and turn on home button ...the home icon appears but fades away when Edge is re-opened.

I even uninstalled Edge and re-installed Edge following a fellow members suggestion tutorial but this step did not work either.

Starting Home Group Listener gives no more endpoints available

I suggest you to run the inbuilt home group Troubleshooter and check if this helps. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• In the search box, type ‘Troubleshooter’, and then click
  ‘Troubleshooting’.
• Click on view all.
• Select Home group from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
