Windows 10: No request refund option for Windows 11 in order history

There is no "request a refund" option for Windows 11 in my order history.I needed a Windows licence to use with Parallels on the Mac but when I purchased the licence from the Microsoft Store I selected Windows 11 Home by mistake. To correct the mistake, I then also bought a licence for Windows 11 Pro. I now need a refund for the licence for Windows 11 Home that I cannot use.The support team suggested I use the request a refund option in my order history. But there is no such option for the purhcase of the Windows 11 Home licence. How do I request a refund for the Windows 11 Home licence I do n

Need refund - Purchase not showing in order history

I purchased a Windows 11 license key on 6/11/2024, but it is the wrong product for my device. I received a receipt via email and my credit card was charged, but the purchase is not showing up in my order history. How can I see if I'm eligible for a refund and request one? Please help!

You can request a refund for the digital game purchase. Refunds for digital games are typically issued for requests made within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you haven't accumulated a significant amount of playtime in the game.

To request a refund:

1. Visit the Xbox Order History page:
   
   • Go to the Order History page in your Microsoft account.
     
2. Find the relevant item:
   
   • Locate the purchase of Minecraft Dungeons Ultimate in your order history.
     
3. Request a refund:
   
   • Select the item and choose the option "Request a refund".
     
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your refund request.

I have followed the steps in order to get a refund for a digital game that i have recently downloaded yet when I enter my order history there is no option or button to request a refund. I have read over the terms and requirements in order to be eligible
for a refund (in which I am). Somebody please help.
