Windows 10: NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT Blue flashing on left side of screen

Screen started flashing blue on the left side of the screen as soon as I got this new laptop. It happens very quickly but all the time. I have read all the online forums and even reached out to support. Already contacted support via chat and did the reboot as well as the driver updates. It stopped for an hour and then started up again. Support is not responding to emails at all which is absolutely ridiculous. I'm getting really frustrated with the lack of support and the lack of an answer
