Windows 10: no response on ASRF Form

My sons account was hacked and I submitted a form but have not heard anything back yet...it has been way past 24 hours. We did create a new temporary email and sent in the form but still nothing. The last email we received was with his security code for the form. Can someone please help us with this? thanks!

No response to Account Recovery Form

Hello, I sent out a couple of Account Recovery forms and since some lacked important information, they were denied. After including more details based from memory/screenshots/transactions it seems that the recovery form ceased it's responses. Why is that? And what steps can I take to get an answer to how to get my account back?

Hi, I am also experiencing the exact same problem that this user has when trying to recover my partner’s account. Whilst your response is detailed, it hasn't actually answered the question which is what to do when there is a total lack of response after submitting the recovery form numerous times. Like this user, my first attempt included one digit wrong on the password and I got a response back almost immediately to say the attempt had a failed but since then, I have tried numerous times, never more than twice in a 24 hour period and I have received absolutely nothing back. I've been in touch with a Microsoft agent and they have said to check spam folder, which obviously I have. Also to change the contact email address used during the process which I have done as well. The code which it emails during the process seems to come through perfectly well. It's just the lack of response that is the issue now.

Like this user is suggesting, it appears that Microsoft ceases its communication with you after one failed attempt. What an earth are people supposed to do if we are being told that the Microsoft recovery form is the only way to get our accounts back if this automated method is not sending responses out? The process suggests that you will receive a response either way within 24 hours but this just isn't the case. Very frustrating.
