Windows 10: No response to Account Recovery Form

Hello, I sent out a couple of Account Recovery forms and since some lacked important information, they were denied. After including more details based from memory/screenshots/transactions it seems that the recovery form ceased it's responses. Why is that? And what steps can I take to get an answer to how to get my account back?

First and most importantly, just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you, helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user accounts, so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. In short, no one in the forum would be able to initiate the process you are asking about.

Regarding 2FA, I suggested it because your phone number is still connected to your hacked account. As soon as you get back your account using your phone number, you can make it more secure by setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) to avoid getting hacked again in the future. However, since you mentioned that you are receiving the verification code to your phone number but Microsoft doesn't allow you to use it for some reason, can you let me know what issue or error message you are facing?

Try using the recovery link below. If you are able to recover your account since your phone number is still connected, that would be great.

If not, you need to keep filling out the Microsoft recovery form twice a day, providing all the information you have. Microsoft or any other platform can't recover the account unless the user provides full information to prove ownership due to user security. This recovery process is fully automated, and I hope the hacker didn't change your phone number and other details of your account. In this case, a Microsoft agent might not be able to help you directly.

Recovery and account

I understand that you have upgraded to Windows again after performing reset.

Have you tried to restart the system again to check whether the Windows 10 is downgraded to previous version?

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1:

As the Windows 10 creates the new user account automatically, I suggest you to run the Microsoft account troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Step 2:

As you have linked your Microsoft account in Windows 10, I suggest you to switch back to the local account if you wish.

How to switch to a local account from Microsoft account.

  Press “Windows + I” keys to open settings (When you get the error “Critical error-start menu and Cortana not working”).
  
• 
  Select Accounts.
  
• 
  On the right side, it will show your current account with an option "Switch to a local account”.
  
• 
  Select “switch to a local account” and follow the steps to switch your Microsoft account into a local account. Once this is done your Microsoft account is safe and not linked with that computer anymore.
  

Note:

• 
  You may not delete the recovery drive, as it will help you to recover the Windows in future if the Windows is not working properly.
  
• 
  If you are using Microsoft account to login to Windows 10, there is no option to disable the password and sign in to Windows 10 directly without entering password. If you are using Local account to login to Windows 10, you can
  disable the password and sign in to Windows 10 directly without entering password.

Locked out of my email, no response from account recovery form submission

I completed an account recovery forms for my email I am locked out of, a few different times. I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it and I cant remember the password. I was denied previously right away, but this recent one was done 2 days ago without a response. (More than 24 hours)

Can I get help gaining access to my email please??
