Windows 10: No response when select the printer properties in Microsoft Office

Discus and support No response when select the printer properties in Microsoft Office in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I would like to print my documents in black and white, but when I am going to switch it in the "printer properties" for Microsoft office and pdf...     No response when select the printer properties in Microsoft Office


    I would like to print my documents in black and white, but when I am going to switch it in the "printer properties" for Microsoft office and pdf viewer, it doesn't have any response. This happened after update of my Lenovo laptop. The printer that I used was Hewlett-Packard HP Color LaserJet CM1312 MFP. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you so much!

    Printer Properties

    Hi Paul,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps how to go to printer settings.

    • In the search box type “control panel”.
    • Click on “device and printers”.
    • Then you can right click on your printer and then click on properties, change accordingly.
    I suggest you to follow the below article if you face any issues with printer and check if it helps.

    I need a new printer.

    Do the above suggested printers jam up easy? If there is 2 pieces of office equipment I loathe, 1st is copy machines, and 2nd is printers.
