Windows 10: No running Webapps anymore on Edge, cant deinstall webapps, cant add webapps

But I did not check reddit on time. I tried to reset all my settings of edge.

Now I got a problem:

When I click on the installed apps, edge opens in the standard opening page. But not into the site I installed the app. In addition, the app-list on edge is empty. I cant add new apps to it.

And when I try to uninstall the apps, nothing happends or I get "please wait until the current program.."

I do work a lot with the webapps, how can i solve my problem? Help

Can the camera work in both Teams Windows App & WebApp?

I have teams working as my Windows 10 App, works with the built-in webcam. So, if you go into Settings, Devices is listed and you can preview the camera.

I run a second instance of teams in the Chrome browser for a different id. If I go into Teams Settings via the browser there is no devices listed and when I start a chat I get a message saying no camera detected.

Why is their no devices showing for the browser app for me? I have quit the Teams App and shut it down from the tray and refeshed the webapp but it stil has not shown up.

Can both work together?

 

Chrome WebApp icons OK in AllApps, blank/grey in PinnedTiles

There's an awful lot of ground covered in both of those pages. I tried most of those, near as I could follow, and still have the correct icons for the Chrome App WebApps everywhere but the Pinned Tiles Start Menu.

I even tried changing one of the underlying shortcut's icon to something completely not Chrome. The new icon showed up in the shortcut, the AllApps reference, and the Taskbar. But not on the Pinned Apps Live Tile Start Menu.

Curiously, I tried pinning one of the other Chrome Apps WebApps to Start. I got the Chrome browser icon. Not a gray nothing.

I've lived without these "apps" in the Start Menu for a long time. I guess I can just use the ToolTip guidance to figure out which blank gray box to click on until Microsoft scraps and replaces the whole over-complicated/under-engineered Live Tile Start
Menu nightmare, or Google somehow does something different, or a Chrome update somehow restores sanity, or I replace the laptop with a new machine that just works as expected for this on the first try, like my desktop machine did, or ???

It's kind of amazing the proportion of all the Windows problems I've had all the way back to the first days of Windows 8 somehow relate to what gets in the Start Menu, how it looks, how it behaves and updates (or not), and so on. What a joke. No wonder they
are reported to be scrapping the whole nightmare. It's probably not because live tiles weren't cool or appreciated as has been reported; it's more likely because they could never make the whole ball of knotted string work right.

 

Nokia Web Apps get corrupted

Hi!



Lately I am experiencing some trouble with the webapps. Sometimes they do not show up and just show some error code saying "Corrupted Application - WebApp cannot be displayed". Error codes vary but usually start with 630 followed by one other
digit. I get 6301 the most but have seen 6307 and some others as well.



This does not only occur in one app, but across different apps. And it is not consistent behaviour.

• Are other having trouble with the WebApps at this time?
• Is this a problem with the Nokia WebApp servers or is there a problem within these apps (like pourly programmed)?
• Should I notify the developers of those apps? Or is it just my phone?
